We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations and Revenue Intern to join our team for a one-year internship. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, and guest service within a dynamic hospitality environment. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and build a career in hotel reservations and revenue management. Previous industrial attachment or internship experience in a hotel is an added advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in processing and managing room reservations. Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms. Support revenue management activities, including rate updates and inventory control. Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles. Monitor booking trends and prepare basic reports. Liaise with the Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Perform any other duties assigned by the Reservations & Revenue Manager.
