Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and client engagement. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support customer retention and account growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data. Analyze sales trends and market data to support business development strategies. Support the implementation of lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Plan and participate in sales activations, educational forums, and promotional events. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and distributing promotional materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve client issues. Contribute to product and service improvements through customer feedback and market insights. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, financial services, or B2B sectors. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in both sales and marketing is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Passion for improving healthcare access and delivering exceptional customer service.
