Responsibilities Learner Assessment & Support - Coordinate the identification, assessment and support of learners with special educational needs. Inclusive Education - Support teachers in implementing inclusive teaching strategies and appropriate classroom accommodations. Parent & Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with parents, teachers, school leaders and specialists to support learner success. Progress Monitoring - Monitor learner progress, maintain accurate records and provide reports and recommendations. Department Leadership - Lead the Special Needs and Learning Support Department, promoting excellence, inclusion and continuous improvement. Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure learning support programmes comply with school policies and inclusive education standards. Staff Development - Facilitate training and coaching to strengthen inclusive teaching practices across the school. Resource Management - Coordinate specialised learning resources and assistive technologies to enhance learner support. Requirements 5 years relevant subject matter teaching experience and/or 4 years relevant managerial/leadership experience. Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs Education. TSC Registration. Valid certificate of good conduct.
