Results-driven activations: Plan and run targeted activations, roadshows, and on-ground campaigns, choosing locations and events based on the quality of customers they produce, not crowd size. Reporting: Report weekly and monthly on performance against targets, and use those numbers to shift spend and effort quickly to what is working. A clear track record of hitting sales or customer targets, and comfort being measured on them. Strong with numbers: able to work out what a customer costs to acquire, spot what is working and what is not, and act on it. Experience designing and running incentive or commission structures for field teams. A hands-on operator: comfortable on the ground at activations, markets, and car yards, not just behind a desk. Experience in automotive, financial services, FMCG, or other industries where customers take time and trust to convert is a strong plus.
