Headquarters: Remote, Netherlands Joining Collibra's Professional Services Team Collibra helps organizations take command of data and AI. Our Professional Services team plays a critical role in helping customers realize value faster, accelerate adoption, and build the foundation for long-term success. As a Professional Services Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing Collibra's Professional Services business across new and existing customers. You will partner closely with Account Executives and territory sales leadership, Solution Architects, Customer Success, and Services Delivery teams to position and sell services that help customers achieve their business objectives. You will own a Professional Services bookings target tied to aligned regions and serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how strategic services engagements can accelerate outcomes and maximize the value of their investment in Collibra. This is a remote role based in Amsterdam. Professional Services Sales Executives at Collibra are responsible for Driving Professional Services revenue growth Own and achieve a Professional Services booking quota across new and existing customers Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of services opportunities Accurately forecast bookings and associated revenue against established targets Drive services attachment on new software opportunities and expansion within existing accounts Partnering on strategic customer opportunities Work closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position services as a critical component of customer success Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes Articulate the value of advisory, implementation, enablement, and optimization services Present and defend services recommendations with executive and business stakeholders Developing services solutions Partner with Solution Architects and Delivery leaders to scope services engagements Create statements of work, commercial proposals, and engagement plans Align proposed services to customer goals, business priorities, and expected outcomes Ensure proposed engagements are both commercially sound and deliverable Growing existing customer relationships Identify opportunities to expand Professional Services within existing accounts Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across business and technical teams Drive adoption-focused engagements that increase customer value realization Collaborate with Customer Success to identify and pursue strategic services opportunities Collaborating across the business Partner closely with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape services offerings and go-to-market strategies Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of Collibra's Professional Services business You have 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, Professional Services sales, or solution sales A track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a customer-facing sales role Experience selling Professional Services engagements to enterprise organizations Experience partnering with software Account Executives (and Sales Leadership) throughout complex sales cycles Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows. Strong understanding of observability solutions. Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with relevant tools and technologies, e.g., CRM software, ticketing systems, specific programming languages. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients (up to 25%). Identify and provide timely workarounds and solutions to meet a customer’s business needs.
