Medprime Training College is seeking to recruit a competent, experienced and results-oriented College Admin-Finance & Administration to oversee the College's financial, administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounts, knowledge of property and asset management, and proven managerial and leadership experience. The role will primarily oversee the Accounts Department while providing general supervision of staff and College operations as required. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Accounts Department and ensure effective financial controls and proper financial records. Monitor student fee collection, receipting, banking, expenditure, reconciliations and financial reporting. Monitor budgets, expenditure and accountability of College funds. Provide general administrative and operational oversight of the College. Supervise and coordinate staff, including monitoring attendance, discipline, performance and compliance with College policies. Oversee College property, assets, facilities, maintenance and resource utilization. Support management in implementing policies, procedures and operational decisions. Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions. Promote professionalism, teamwork, accountability and efficient service delivery. Prepare administrative, financial and operational reports as required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field. CPA (K) or equivalent is an added advantage. At least 3 - 6 years' relevant experience in finance/accounts, administration, operations or management. Demonstrated experience in financial oversight, accounts management and staff supervision. Good understanding of property, asset and resource management.

Facilitate field studies and assess students during attachments/trips/ internships. Participate in official University meetings and functions. Monitor class attendance sheets to ensure that students sitting for the examinations meet the required lecture attendance of more than four-fifth of all lectures before they can sit for their examinations. Carry out administrative and other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Details Duties and Responsibilities: Sales: Targeting new clients for business development and proposing new initiatives for existing clients, to increase sales opportunities and achieve personal and team financial targets. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, developing industry linkages to sustain Strathmore Business School as their knowledge partner in transforming African leaders. Requirements The post holder will be required to have and demonstrate evidence of the following qualifications, attributes, and skills: Bachelor's degree in a business-related area. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business development with proven experience in sales, managing client relations, and key account management. Experience in selling Entrepreneurial programmes will be an added advantage. Key Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in research, planning, reporting, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and etiquette skills with a flair for pitching. Strong business development and sales skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key client relationships. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in executive education or related fields is advantageous.
