Key Responsibilities Daily Campaign Operations Own the day-to-day setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others) in line with admissions and revenue targets. Apply SEO best practices when setting up campaigns and content. CRM & Conversion Funnel Operations Manage daily marketing automation workflows and CRM data entry/tracking. Monitor lead behaviors and conversions on an ongoing basis, flagging funnel drop-offs for follow-up. Coordinate with the admissions team daily to help ensure a smooth lead-to-conversion handoff. Strong Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and daily budget/pacing management. Comfortable working with data and translating it into simple, actionable daily/weekly reports. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to independently juggle multiple live campaigns and daily tasks. Basic understanding of SEO, CRM tools, and email automation platforms.
