Key Responsibilities 35 years and above. Must have proven experience working in a high-end lounge or restaurant. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage daily restaurant/lounge operations effectively. Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, service quality and guest experience. Professional, confident and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
