Job description
Responsibilities Coordinate repair maintenance through conducting physical surveys Oversee transport logistics Promote staff welfare by providing appropriate tools of work and suitable work environment Identify and acquire office equipment and furniture for the Institute; Coordinate the renewal of Institute insurance policies. Carry out the day-to-day administrative activities of the Institute. Maintain and update catalogue of all of the Institute's assets and properties. Manage allocated office space, security and outsourced administrative services. Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects. Comply to statutory and regulatory requirements Qualifications / Work Experience Professional Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution Professional Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing Academic Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. Professional Cumulative service period of nine (9) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Senior Administration Officer or in a comparable position

Facilitate field studies and assess students during attachments/trips/ internships. Participate in official University meetings and functions. Monitor class attendance sheets to ensure that students sitting for the examinations meet the required lecture attendance of more than four-fifth of all lectures before they can sit for their examinations. Carry out administrative and other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements The post holder will be required to have and demonstrate evidence of the following qualifications, attributes, and skills: Bachelor's degree in a business-related area. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business development with proven experience in sales, managing client relations, and key account management. Experience in selling Entrepreneurial programmes will be an added advantage. Key Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in research, planning, reporting, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and etiquette skills with a flair for pitching. Strong business development and sales skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key client relationships. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in executive education or related fields is advantageous.
