Responsibilities Assess children with special needs and disabilities; Refer children assessed to other service providers; Place children assessed in educational programmes; Provide data on assessment; Train assessment staff in functional assessment; Identify children with special needs and disabilities and recommend for placement in schools and institutions; Create awareness, sensitize and capacity-build teachers, parents and other stakeholders dealing with children with special needs and disabilities Participate in community outreach service to awareness on disabilities Qualifications / Work Experience Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing Bachelor's Degree in Education in the area of Special Needs or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution Two (2) years' experience working in Functional Assessment

Facilitate field studies and assess students during attachments/trips/ internships. Participate in official University meetings and functions. Monitor class attendance sheets to ensure that students sitting for the examinations meet the required lecture attendance of more than four-fifth of all lectures before they can sit for their examinations. Carry out administrative and other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business development with proven experience in sales, managing client relations, and key account management. Experience in selling Entrepreneurial programmes will be an added advantage. Key Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in research, planning, reporting, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and etiquette skills with a flair for pitching. Strong business development and sales skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key client relationships. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in executive education or related fields is advantageous.
