We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Assistant who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources. You will support our hiring needs while also gaining hands-on exposure to different areas of HR. WHAT YOU WILL DO Recruitment Source candidates through job platforms, social media, referrals and other creative channels Screen applications and identify suitable candidates Conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records Support onboarding of successful candidates Explore new and creative ways of attracting quality candidates HR Support Support employee documentation and maintain HR records Assist with onboarding and offboarding Support leave, attendance and general HR administration Assist with employee engagement activities Support different HR projects and day-to-day activities WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR At least 1 year of practical HR or recruitment experience Genuine passion for building a career in Human Resources Strong communication and people skills Highly organized with good attention to detail Proactive and willing to take ownership Creative and resourceful when sourcing candidates Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities Able to work independently and ask for support when needed WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We generally offer a vibrant culture, great work ambiance, and a super-intelligent workforce in a fun working environment to harness the power of innovation. Core Responsibilities End-to-End Website Operations Ensure reliable power, network, and internet connectivity across all locations. Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, UPS, and backup systems. Coordinate with ISPs and monitor system uptime. 2. Warehouse IT Support Maintain WMS, scanners, printers, and other warehouse IT systems. Provide timely on-site troubleshooting and support during peak operations. Familiarity with power backup systems (UPS, generators), Experience with CCTV systems,Basic knowledge of IT security and access control, Strong execution ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to supervise a small team.
