Key responsibilities: Oversee quality control, grading and inspection across the packhouse floor Ensure compliance with GlobalG.A.P., HACCP and export market standards Lead internal audits and prepare the site for certification audits Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints Train and supervise QA/QC staff on standards and procedures Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture or a related field Minimum 3 years' QA experience in a packhouse or export horticulture setting Working knowledge of GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, BRC or similar standards Meticulous record-keeping and strong attention to detail Location: Solai, Nakuru County, Kenya | Full-time, on-site with travel as needed
