Duties and Responsibilities at this level will entail: - Delivering mails and postage and maintaining a delivery register; Maintaining general cleanliness around the area of deployment; Locking and opening office premises; Performing general gardening and maintaining lawns; Carrying out photocopying, franking and document binding; Ensuring cleanliness in offices and Other facilities; Ensuring proper sanitation; Preparing tea and serving officers; Carrying files, documents and delivering mail; Cleaning offices and office compound, machines/equipment/apparatus; Collecting and disposing waste; Dusting offices and ensuring habitable office conditions; and Moving or carrying office equipment and furniture. Job Specifications Certificate in Social Sciences/Humanities with 6 years working experiene 3 of which as Office Assistant scale 2 in an accredited University or its equivalent. Proficiency in relevant computer applications

Job Description The Drivers are responsible for the following functions: Driving and maintaining vehicles; Detecting common mechanical faults on the vehicles; Carrying Out minor repairs including oiling and greasing; Maintaining daily work tickets for vehicles; Ensuring safety of vehicles on and off the road and the vehicles' cleanliness. Any other duty as assigned from time to time. Job Specification Kenya Certificate Of Secondary School Grade D- A valid driving license with 3 years working experience as Driver Grade 3 or its equivalent. Suitability Test 11 for drivers. Occupational Trade Test 11 for drivers. Defensive Driving Certificate from the Automobile Association (AA) Of Kenya. First Aid Certificate Course. A Certificate of Good Conduct.
