Role Purpose Executes the functional and non-security non-functional test suite across every module of the Mobile Banking App, from Onboarding and Accounts through Cards, Transfers, and the LEO AI conversational assistant. Key Responsibilities Execute Functional, Integration, and End-to-End Journey test cases across all 10 application modules. Execute non-security non-functional test categories: reliability, usability & accessibility, compatibility, localization, and data integrity. Execute Concurrency & Sequencing, Upgrade & Migration, and Chaos & Failure Injection test cases. Execute LEO AI Chatbot conversational-AI test cases, including phrasing-variant and guardrail checks. Log defects with accurate severity and root-cause classification; retest fixes promptly. Participate in daily stand-up and defect triage. Required Qualifications & Experience Mobile banking or fintech testing experience. Comfortable executing against a continuously-changing build under a concurrent testing model. At least one team member must be able to design and execute fault-injection and multi-device concurrency test setups. Required Skills & Tools Manual test execution, defect-tracking tooling (e.g. Jira), mobile device testing across iOS and Android, banking domain knowledge. What Success Looks Like Full functional and non-functional coverage executed on schedule per SIT increment, with defects logged accurately enough that root-cause patterns are visible.
