Job description
Key Responsibilities Courier Tracking: Monitor outbound trucks using GPS and telematics platforms. Allocation: Assign trucks to deliveries based on correct load size, route, and commodity. Live Updates: Provide stakeholders with real-time outbound trip visibility. Risk Identification: Proactively call out risks to the distribution plan, including delays, diversions, or non-conformance. Visibility Reports: Share outbound dashboards and trip completion reports. Collaboration: Work closely with the Control Tower Analyst to consolidate outbound data for reporting. Customer Updates: Provide timely visibility to clients/distributors regarding delivery status Minimum Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field. Hands-on experience with tracking systems and fleet management. Strong understanding of data processing techniques. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Skills Strong understanding of telematics and GPS tracking Logistics and distribution planning expertise Communication and escalation skills Problem-solving under pressure Excel/Power BI reporting Personal Attributes Detail-oriented Proactive and responsive Strong communicator Attention to detail Experience Minimum 2 years in transport/logistics operations.
